Pour moi les soirées les plus réussies sont celles que l'on improvise ! Alors quand mon amie Stéphanie m'a demandé si j'avais déjà testé le nouveau bar latino de la Principauté je lui ai répondu "pas encore mais ce soir on y va"! Et c'est comme ça que je me suis retrouvée à l'heure de l'apéro dans le tout nouveau né de la Principauté : Naçionalista.

Un bar à pisco and ceviche, nouveau concept de restauration de Riccardo Giraudi. Ceux sont des spécialités sud américaines, authentiques et savoureuses qui se déclinent du cocktail aux tapas- dans un décor coloré et une ambiance décontractée.

La décoration est signée par l'agence Humbert et Poyet qui allie les codes couleurs de l' Amérique Latine et l'élégance de la sobriété dont ce duo d'architectes est accoutumé. Je suis FAN !

Ce soir là, j'ai eu la chance d'être installée au bar ...et j'ai donc assisté à la réalisation des cocktails du plus traditionnel au plus créatif. J'ai gouté "Pasion Nacion" à base de vodka, fruit de la passion, jus d'ananas et citron pressé. Une oeuvre d'art. Un régal. Et la liste de ces breuvages laisse rêveur : Oye mi canto, la mula del diablo, ceviche, el capitan, etc...!

 Pour accompagner, guacamole, tortillas, un ceviche con trufa (loup, avocat, fruit de la passion raison quinoa et sauce à la truffe) et des empanadas. Une impression d'ailleurs toute la soirée.

Sans oublier la terrasse qui promet une saison estivale "a tope".

According to me, the most successful evenings are those that we improvise ! So when my friend Stéphanie asked me if I already had tried the new Latin bar of the Principality, I answered "not yet, but tonight we go! "And that's how I found myself for the aperitif time in the new great place : naçionalista.

A Ceviche and Pisco bar, Riccardo Giraudi's new restaurant concept. These are authentic and tasty South American specialities that range from cocktail to tapas with a colorful decor and a casual atmosphere. 

The decoration is signed by the agency Humbert and Poyet which combines the colors code of Latin America and the elegance of sobriety which this duo of architects is accustomed to. I am FAN ! 

I was lucky to be installed at the bar... and so I attended the realisations of cocktails from the most traditional to the most creative. I tasted "Pasion Nacion" based on vodka, passion fruit, pineapple juice and lemon juice. A work of art. A delight. And the list of these drinks is dreamy : "oye mi canto, la mula del diablo, ceviche, el capitan, etc..! To go with it : guacamole, tortillas, a ceviche con trufa and empanadas. All the evenig, I felt elsewhere. 

I forgot to tell you that there is a terrace that promises a summer season " a tope".
