Quand j'étais adolescente, j'étais si myope que je devais porter des lunettes. Quelques années plus tard, une petite intervention et ma vie est redevenue sans lunette ! Récemment, tout à basculer me revoilà sur le marché de la lunette ... de confort ... Et c'est à coté de chez moi que j'ai déniché une paire - très sympa et originale- dans une boutique -très sympa et originale- : l'Opticien créateur.

Déjà cette boutique elle vaut le détour juste pour sa décoration. C'est en effet, la designer et architecte d'intérieur Dorothéé Meilichzon qui a mis en scène ce lieu avec une élégance incroyable : des boiseries, de la marqueterie, du papier peint anglais inspiré du style italien Fornasetti, des jeux de miroir. C'est une ambiance hors du temps, rétro et chaleureuse.

Cela fait 5 ans qu'Alexandre Cucchi et Sébastien Vives sont installés en Principauté. Opticiens-lunetiers de formation, ils sont tous deux des experts de la lunette et leurs conseils sont avisés. Chez eux, vous ne trouverez pas les marques traditionnelles. Ils ne sélectionnent que des marques de créateurs avec un savoir faire reconnu, spécialisés exclusivement dans la fabrique de lunettes et avec des design différents. Chez eux, la lunette devient bijoux. On peut la personnaliser à l'infini grâce aux artisans lunetiers : écaille de tortue, corne de buffle, or, ardoise, bois.

Il y en a pour tous les budgets en tenant compte bien entendu de la qualité des matériaux et on peut vraiment se faire plaisir ! Mon choix s'est porté sur une paire d'Anne et Valentin, fabriquée en France dans le Jura et je les adore !

And it's next to my place that I found a pair - very nice and original- in a shop -very nice and original-: the creative Optician.
In any case this shop is worth the trip just for its decoration. It is indeed, the interior designer Dorothéé Meilichzon who has staged this place with incredible elegance: woodwork, marquetry, English wallpaper inspired by the Italian style Fornasetti, mirror effects. It's a timeless, retro and warm atmosphere.
It's been five years since Alexandre Cucchi and Sébastien Vives settled in the Principality. Opticians-eyewear by training, they are both experts of the glasses and their advices are informed. In their shop, you will not find traditional brands. They select only designer brands with recognized expertise, specialized exclusively in the manufacture of glasses and with different designs. With them, eyewear becomes jewelry. It can be personalized to infinity thanks to the eyeglasses master craftsmen: tortoiseshell, buffalo horn, gold, slate, wood.
There is for every budget, taking into account the quality of the materials, and we can really have fun! My choice fell on a pair of Anne et Valentin, made in the Jura, France and I love them!
